  1. Where are you located?

Our head office is situated in the beautiful city of Budapest, Hungary. This is where we serve you from. Our breeders however, can come from various locations all around Europe.

  2. Do you have any customers references?

We have a dedicated page for our customer reviews, with hundreds of references. You can check out reviews from Saudi Arabia right here. Please also visit our Facebook page to see more of our happy customers and their dogs. We also have an exclusive Euro Puppy Club on Facebook where our past customers can come together to shWhat breeds of dogs are allowed in Saudi Arabia?ow off their dogs.

  3. Can you help me locate a breeder?

Unfortunately not. There are many other sites doing that. Our policy is to visit each breeder we work with in person to assure that the puppies are coming from good homes. This is only possible for us here in Hungary or in the neighboring countries.

  4. Do I have to qualify to be able to purchase one of your puppies?

No! One of our customers said it right: "They're great dogs but we don't need anyone qualifying us as to whether or not we deserve the right to buy one of their puppies." It is our intention to place our puppies in good homes. However we certainly reserve the right not to sell if we believe it is in the best interests of the dog.

  5. Do you have a contract?

No. But before you purchase your dog you are required to state that you have read our Terms and Conditions, and to sign our Lifetime Health Guarantee.

  6. What does it mean if the puppy has a champion sire or dam?

Literally this means, by the rules of the FCI, that the dog has won the necessary number of local or international dog shows to have been able to earn a Champion or International Champion title.

For detailed information of the requirements: http://www.fci.be/en/FCI-International-Championship-41.html

In other words a champion sire or dam, means that one of the parents has repeatably met the FCI breed standards for the breed and must therefore be of excellent appearance and conformation, and virtually guarantees that their offspring will be too. It is of course something that all dog owners, and breeders, can be proud of.

  7. Do your puppies receive any vaccinations?

All our puppies receive the vaccinations necessary for their age, and any additional vaccinations that are required to meet your countries import regulations.

  8. Are your puppies neutered?

Unless stated otherwise in the Breeder's Note, our puppies are not neutered.

  9. At what age should I neuter my male puppy? Can it be done in Hungary, before my puppy is sent to me?

You can of course request for this to be done. But it is only possible at the age of 6 months and up. Please read our informative blog on The Healthiest Time to Neuter your dog.

  10. Are your puppies healthy?

The health of our puppies is our top priority! We personally inspect the puppies at the breeders location to insure they are healthy, happy and well cared for. Once you choose your puppy we ensure all necessary vaccinations are given, and immediately prior to departure your puppy will have a check up with our veterinarian.

  11. Do you offer any Health Guarantee?

Yes we offer a Lifetime Health Guarantee, which is included in the price of the dog. This is how confident we are that our dogs come from a genetically sound background.

  12. What is included in the price of the dog?

The total purchasing price quoted by Euro Puppy includes the price of the puppy, our Lifetime Health Guarantee, shipping, crate, health certificate, microchip and vaccinations - all costs up to arrival the the airport. However we now offer an incredible ‘Free Shipping’ offer, when the price is $500 of less you will pay NOTHING, if it is above this, you still get a massive discount! At the airport a 700 Dhs (about $200) handling fee is to be paid. At the airport you will have to pay SR 75 and SR 45. As a number of stamps are required by Saudi authorities and you will be sent from one office to another to collect them, it is advisable to take someone with you to look after your puppy while you are dealing with paperwork. Please inquire about the current rate of handling fee at the airport prior to your puppy's arrival.

  13. Does the price of the dog include shipping?

No, shipping is quoted on each puppy individually, based on the dog's breed and age (which determines size). On average, the shipping cost varies between $450 and $950.

Future owners of Bulldog, French Bulldog and Pug, please note that due to airline restrictions, the available airlines and times to ship are limited. This may mean, additional shipping costs and less flexible arrival dates. For more information, please check with our Customer Relations Department!

  14. Do you offer any discounts?

Yes we do. We are privileged to have many returning customers, and we are happy to reward the trust they place in us. Therefor we offer a $200 discount on the 3rd dog purchased as well as every subsequent dog.

  15. What type of payment do you offer?

Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal and Bank Wire.

  16. When do I pay for the dog?

You do not have to pay the total amount all at once as long as the total price is paid prior shipping. Payments can be made at your convenience as long as...

    • The minimum amount to reserve your puppy is $750.

    • The price of the dog, not including shipping, must be paid in full at 12 weeks of age.

    • The total price is due 15 days before the planned date of arrival.

  17. How long before I get my puppy?

Officially, your puppy must be documented as being 13+ weeks old before you can receive him or her. Your puppy will get rabies vaccination and 30 days must pass before it arrives. However, to get a precise answer, first select the puppy you'd like to buy and fill in the inquiry form. One of our colleagues will get in touch with you shortly and tell exactly when you can receive your puppy.

  18. What breeds of dogs are allowed in Saudi Arabia?

As of April 2016 there have been new regulations introduced with regards to importing dogs to Saudi Arabia. We haven't been able get an official, written version of these regulations yet, but based on what we have gathered from different sources the following seems to be the case:
    - Only dogs for guarding, personal assistance, or other services are allowed in the country, no pets.
    - Thus, mostly large breeds are allowed, no toy dogs, no terriers.
    - Please enquire by the Ministry of Agriculture whether the breed you have chosen is allowed or not: http://www.moa.gov.sa/.

We kindly ask you to only make the purchase when you have made sure, that the Import Permit will be granted, as according to our Terms and Conditions, the deposit of 750.00 USD is non-refundable, even if the reason for the cancellation is that you were not able to get an Import Permit.

  19. How can I get an Import Permit?

You will have to go the Ministry of Agriculture http://www.moa.gov.sa/ with the vaccination booklet of the puppy, that you will receive from us, and apply for one. We strongly suggest that you ask the Ministry, even before you have the vaccination booklet, possibly before the purchase, whether they will issue an import permit for your dog in the future.

You can go in person, or you can ask a clinic or agency to apply for the import permit on your behalf. These agencies worked really well in the past, but starting with April 2016 our experience is that customers who go to the Ministry in person are more successful at obtaining Import Permits than agents.

  20. Will my puppy come with a pet passport?

No. A pet passport is not necessary for import to Saudi Arabia.

  21. Will my puppy come with a pedigree?

Yes. Our puppies usually come with a pedigree. On a rare occasion when a puppy does not have a pedigree this will be stated in the puppies individual Breeders Notes.

  22. Can I register my puppy with my kennel club?

Yes! Our dogs are registered with an FCI affiliate kennel club (MEOE, SKJ, CMKU, JKS, etc.). This guarantees that you can transfer the registration to any FCI affiliate kennel club or one that is recognized by the FCI, such as the Arabian Kennel Club. If you intend to transfer then you can request an Export Pedigree from us ($75). This will allow your dog to have full breeding/showing rights.

  23. What training will the puppy be given and will it require more after it arrives?

Puppies are not in general trained before departure, it is up to the breeder what training they choose to give the puppy.

We are happy to see that you are thinking about training as it is very important..the puppies are not trained in general. However if you wish for specific training this can be arranged for an additional fee.

All puppies require proper training from their owner after arrival. There are several resources can be found on the internet. We recommend the books found here: https://www.europuppy.com/dog/dog-training.html

  24. What is the best diet for my dog?

We recommend at first to feed your puppy the same food that the breeder gave. You can gradually try a different food brand that is available in your location. We always recommend super premium or holistic (grain free) dry brands. Good choices are, just to mention a few: Royal Canin, Natures Variety, Taste of the Wild. We recommend feeding your puppy 4 times a day until 3 months of age, then 3 times a day until 6 months. From then on you can feed your puppy twice a day, and depending on your choice feed the dog 1 or 2 times a day from 1 year old.

  25. What kind of environment should I create for my puppy?

This depends on several factors such as the dog breed itself, your circumstances where you live. What really is important is to leave space for the dog, let it have his or her own corner where no one should intrude, where he can feel safe and by himself. But make sure breakables and any safety hazards such as electric cables are out of reach. Having plenty of dog toys too is a good idea.

  26. If I am eligible for another puppy under the guarantee do I have to pay the shipping costs?

Yes, normally you would cover the cost, but we also offer a fantastic Shipping Protection on top of our guarantee. If you have purchased this protection and your dog sadly passes away within the guarantee time, then we would cover 100% of the shipping costs for your new puppy, up to the price of the original shipping.
